The Process

Day 1 · Takes 10–15 minutes
After you book your project, we send you a detailed intake form. This is where you tell us everything — your brand colors, your offers, your story, your photos, your links, and your goals. The more detail you give us, the sharper the first draft. You don't need to write copy — just tell us what you do and who you do it for. We'll handle the words.

Day 1–2 · You don't do anything
Once we have your intake, we get to work. Your site is built custom — no templates, no drag and drop builders, no stock photos. Every page is designed around your specific brand and your specific coaching business. We write the copy, structure the pages, and make sure every button goes somewhere that converts.

Day 2–3 · One round of revisions included
We send you a preview link — a live version of your site you can click through on any device. One round of revisions is included on every package. Tell us what you want changed — copy, colors, layout, links — and we'll update it within 24 hours. Premium packages include two rounds.

Day 3 · Live and ready
Once you approve, we connect your domain, install Google Analytics, and push everything live. We walk you through how to update your Instagram bio link, how to read your analytics, and how to request future updates. You own everything — the files, the domain, the data. No ongoing fees, no platform dependency. It's yours.
What You Need to Provide
You don't need to be a designer or a copywriter. Here's what we actually need from you to build something great.
Who you are, why you coach, what makes you different. Bullet points are fine — we'll turn them into copy that converts.
What you sell, what's included, and what it costs. Links to any existing checkout pages (SamCart, Calendly, etc.) are helpful.
A headshot and one or two action shots. Gym photos, training photos, lifestyle shots — whatever represents your brand best.
If you have them. If you don't, tell us the vibe — dark and gritty, clean and minimal, warm and premium — and we'll design around that.
Instagram, any programs for sale, coaching booking links, community links. Everything you want someone to be able to reach from your bio.
Your name or brand as a .co or .com — usually $12–15 on Namecheap. If you don't have one we'll help you pick and buy the right one.
Common Questions
Not at all. You fill out the intake form, we build everything, and we deploy it. The only thing you need to do is buy a domain — and we'll walk you through that step by step if you need it.
We offer a monthly update retainer for $297/month — one update per month, delivered within 48 hours. New product, new page, new pricing, copy change — whatever you need. Or you can request one-off updates at $97 per page.
No monthly fee from us — ever. You pay once for the build and you own it. The only ongoing cost is your domain (~$12/year) and hosting on Netlify (free on their starter plan). That's it.
iPhone photos work fine — especially action shots in the gym, lifestyle shots, anything real and authentic. We design around what you have. If you want to get better photos eventually, we can swap them in later at no extra charge.
Yes — every button on your site can link to wherever you need it. SamCart checkout pages, Calendly booking links, Skool community, Typeform intakes — if you have a link, we'll connect it.
